Our Residential Care Home

Stately Living is a residential care home dedicated to providing a better solution for seniors that have physical/mental limitations and are at risk living alone. The focus at Stately Living is to provide assistance and care whenever needed with encouragement to function as independently as possible while preserving each resident’s dignity. A high quality of life in an elegant home environment is what Stately Living can provide for seniors who value their independence.
This beautiful 3,700 square foot home has been designed to provide easy access for those using walkers and wheelchairs. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with walk-in showers, grab bars, hand-held shower heads, and call for assistance buttons. The shared living room has been furnished with leather reclining chairs and sofa for extra comfort. The open concept kitchen and dining area will provide residents with the opportunity to socialize, interact, and watch as their meals are being prepared and enjoy family style dining.
Stately Living can accommodate up to six residents and is licensed by the State of Michigan. It is owned, operated, and supported by Lori Costanza, R.N. who has a passion for providing loving care for seniors.
