Suite #1 - 322 Square Feet

- Ceiling fan with remote control.
- Wall Mounted TV with Cable.
- Walk In closet with built in shelves.
- Can accommodate up to a queen size bed and 2 recliners comfortably.
Suite #2 - 245 Square Feet
- Private full bath - with walk in shower, grab bars and detachable shower head.
- 3 large windows with 1" wood blinds looking out into the courtyard.
- Ceiling fan with remote control.
- Wall Mount TV / Cable hook up.
- Walk In closet with built in shelves.
- Can accommodate up to a queen size bed and 2 side chairs comfortably.
Suite #3 276 Square Feet
- Private Full Bath with walk in shower, grab bars and detachable shower head.
- 2 large windows with 1” wood blinds.
- Exterior door that leads to back yard.
- Large double door closet.
- Wall Mounted 55" TV with cable.
- This room comes fully furnished with a Queen Size Ethan Allen Bedroom set. Including bed, dresser, and night table.
Suite #4 - 274 Square Feet

- Large walk In closet with built in shelves.
- 1 arched tall window with 2" wood blinds.
- Exterior Door leading to the outside.

- Double occupancy suite with room for 2 full size beds or 1 King size bed.
